Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the United States. Here's what to expect after you order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated delivery times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is:

  • Canada: 3–8 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays or customs checks can sometimes add a few days.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $40 (CA$40 in Canada, US$40 in the United States). Under that amount, standard shipping is $9.99. Express shipping is also available. The exact options and prices for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay, along with any applicable taxes.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Orders to the United States

Your order ships from Canada. Depending on current U.S. import rules, duties, taxes or fees may apply. If they're collected at checkout, you'll see them before you pay. Otherwise, the carrier may collect them at delivery.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery. If it never arrived, contact us within 14 days after the end of the estimated delivery window. Please include your order number, plus a photo if anything is damaged. We'll check with the carrier and, if needed, send you a replacement or a refund.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your building's mailroom first, then let us know.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and other consumer protection laws in Canada and the United States.
