Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with GuardianAngelle! Here's how returns and refunds work. If anything is unclear, reach out through our contact page.
30-day refund on unopened sheets
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund on unopened sheets.
- Sheets must be unopened, unused and still in their original sealed packaging.
- If you bought a 2- or 4-sheet pack, you can return the sheets that are still sealed. We'll refund them at the per-sheet price you paid for that pack.
- You pay for return shipping, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong (see below).
- Original shipping charges aren't refunded on change-of-mind returns.
Opened or used stickers
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened sheets or used test stickers. Each sticker is single-use.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a refund.
- This applies even if the packaging has been opened.
- If we need the item back, we'll cover the return shipping.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the sheets you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.
- Pack the sealed sheets securely. We recommend a tracked shipping service so you can follow your parcel.
Refunds
We'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. We'll email you when the refund is issued. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and other consumer protection laws in Canada and the United States.
